Delight in Dogs expects you to behave in accordance with the above principles as well as:
Adhering to Copyright Law. Do not copy or repost any information from forums that you do not own without explicit permission from the owner. All content published by Delight in Dogs remains the property of Delight in Dogs. Please do not share, copy, redistribute the paid content in any way outside of your own personal use.
This includes all written, video and downloadable content from the courses. You are free and welcome to share all public, unpaid content such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts and YouTube videos. Please provide a link to the relevant content and/or mention Delight in Dogs as the owner/creator of the content. The administration retains the right to remove anyone who does not behave in accordance with these and the above principles, and purely at their discretion.
You are expected to have a computer, laptop or multimedia device with internet access. Access to electronic mail. For personal coaching it is necessary to video your training sessions. The minimum requirements are a good camera phone and tripod. All content is in English and provided in a combination of video and written formats. You must understand English to get the most out of the information.
The success or failure of what you and your dog learn is your responsibility. Delight in Dogs does its best to make all information clear and accessible, as well as providing achievable outcomes, but ultimately it’s up to you to do the work as instructed. The information provided by Delight in Dogs is based on years of experience, learning and knowledge.
It can provide an excellent guide for teaching your dog but cannot cover the needs of all dogs and all people. Information in blogs, videos, webinars, and courses is not a substitute for in person training or consultations, and we encourage you to seek out accredited and experienced practitioners with the same ethical standards (see Principles of the Delight in Dogs community), where needed.
Where stated, courses come with lifetime access. This means you have access to the course for as long as it exists on the site. You will also have access to any improvements, additions, and updates that are made to the course over time. The administration reserves the right to update, alter, change, remove parts of or all the courses as they see fit and without prior notification.
Delight in Dogs wants you to feel free to see if our courses work for you, as such most courses are protected by a limited time, no risk, full money-back guarantee. Please refer to the details as they pertain to a specific course. You can find them on the course sales page.
If you have a complaint, problems logging in to your Account or accessing the ordered and paid course, you should immediately notify the administration via e-mail to the email address julie@delightindogs.com or use the contact tab on the website menu.
Please include a detailed description of the complaint including: Information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and the date of the occurrence of the irregularity. Your name and best contact email address. The administration will address the complaint promptly, no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
